Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer shipping through various carriers, and the shipping cost and delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location within the country. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please check with us before placing your order if you are unsure if we can ship to your address.

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY SHIPMENTS
The company ARRITAL S.A. offers the online shopping experience, facilitating the shipment of your products with home delivery on the same day of order through a third-party supplier courier to guarantee efficient and reliable delivery of the products, considering the following conditions:
- The client agrees to provide current, complete and accurate information about their address, including reference points and telephone number to facilitate delivery.
- Immediate delivery time, once the order is confirmed, is 4 to 5 hours after it has been confirmed.
- The hours for receiving orders with delivery on the same day are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Delivery perimeter:
o Deliveries are only made on the same day of purchase within the department of Guatemala at the indicated times.
o The shipping cost is Q35.00. Shipping cost is added to the value of the products at the time the customer makes the purchase, so upon receiving the order it does not you must pay the courier. - Deliveries are not made in red zones. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their delivery address is not in a red zone. (Details of red zones in the section Shipping Restrictions).
- The courier service and delivery people are outside the company.
PARTNERSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES
ARRITAL S.A. collaborates with courier services and external delivery people of the DELIVERY LAB S.A. company to ensure efficient and timely delivery. The assignment of delivery people and services Messaging will be done automatically depending on the availability and location of the addressee.
PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can pay for their order through the following methods:
- Credit or debit card: through the website or Visa in previously confirmed Link.
- Immediate transfer: Valid only from Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Payments in cash or cash on delivery are not accepted because the delivery people do not have change.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Home deliveries with delivery on the same day of order are limited by various factors. An address may not be able to ship for the following reasons:
- Locations outside the covered geographic territory.
- Red zones.
- Events that prevent transit in the shipping area requested by the client, such as natural disasters, traffic problems, strikes, unforeseen events, holidays, among others.
RED ZONES
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their delivery address is not in a red zone. If the customer does not take this list into account, and opts for the home delivery option in one of the areas detailed below, the shipment WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT and the customer must contact Customer Service to request delivery instructions.

In the event that the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery and it cannot be made, the product will be returned to the store and the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
